Any BANKERA feedback?

Thanks for the reply, since they are your partners, i suppose it should be possible to get details of what and when gets reported. So far, the info we read in here is balance + total flow at the end of the year, but apparently only for some accounts (possibly the more juicy ones).
Can you confirm and/or add details?

Funny thing with this EMI.
They have an "ecosystem" with another branch handling crypto stuff. called "Spectrocoin". And this branch has a separate registration process.
Now, I've registered and verified myself with Bankera itself. And after that Spectrocoin refused to register me saying my passport isn't valid.
Well it was valid enough for their Bankera neighbours, but they didn't listen.
And now they keep sending me tons of spam every week, although it were THEY who refused to register me. And don't even have Unsubscribe button. :)

Hey, if you wish, drop me a message and I will help you to sort out the problem with passport.

And I think you are wrong about "unsubscribe" buttoon. I just checked their newsletters and I can find it. The very last line of the email has it.

Thanks, but I already figured what exactly is the problem.
I'm from Russia and I still have an old-fashioned passport without biometrics.
Looks like Bankera is ok with that, but not Spectrocoin.
An obvious solution will be to get a new passport, but then I'll have to get all my visas again, and it's not worth it.
Anyway, I think it's not quite normal when different branches of the same company have different requirements for clients.

Well, thanks to Gediminas intervention, the passport issue was finally resolved )
A bit too late since I needed this account half a year ago after the ePayments situation broke out.
But I'll save it for later :)
@needhelp shows just the type of solution and insider feedback, you get.

More reasons to execute on the OCT...cig-:,

Does anyone know if Bankera is open for non-EU citizens who own/operate an IBC in Seychelles? Or do you need to be an EU citizen?
Hi, non-EU citizens can apply too. Since it's Seychelles and also non-EU UBO, I suggest you get some help from an introducer (I can help you too). But feel free to register by yourself, if you wish.

Good news for Bankera (or Pervesk) users ;)

Today, Pervesk was added to the European Payments Council register as a participant of the SEPA Instant scheme from 2021-02-02. Meaning that payments to and from other banks and financial companies supporting SEPA Instant will be processed instantly (in a matter of seconds).

Good news.
- In which country is the IBAN account opened and in which bank?
- What is the process of opening the account, is it all online or is there a video call?
- When will there be an app?

Thank you

I have account with them and IBAN is opened in Lithuania. Issuer of it is Pervesk.
There is online procedure but no video call.
On their website they say that app is coming soon.

Hey,

it is the second time that I send you the passport photo, it is very strict, I think I need a 4K camera

If you refer to the autokyc process, when taking pictures of your passport and selfie, try to do this with your phone. The details in the passport should be focused, it has to be readable.

I want to know what other documents will be requested later?

Not sure if you applied for a business or personal account. In any way, it's case dependant.

I wanted to know how fast your SEPA transfers are, are they very strict with each transfer, do they ask for documents or can you use it like a normal bank account?

In a couple of weeks, they will activate SEPA Instant, so the transfers will be processed in a matter of seconds. They might ask for documents to back up the transfer if there is some kind of suspicion or uncertainty, but in general, you can use it as a normal bank account.
