why some trusted people are banned ?

i see some very reputable members here are banned. Are they done something bad/scammed or what?

Yeah, as a noob I have made myself the same question.

Because they are con men. They gain people's confidence, and then rob them. Trust nobody. Nobody at all.

also saw that , which makes me even more reluctant on using someones services here.
it would be very good to have a rating system.. i know issues can happen but if 20 people tried something and 18 say it's good.. then it's probably good.. but if 5 in a row say he/she is a con man/woman then they need to be banned..
