For those that don't get it, while the topic here is banks, this user decided to subvert our expectations of having a discussing about the presented subject matter by instead bringing up something that isn't a bank, namely the cryptocurrency bitcoin. By doing this, the user is suggesting that bitcoin is better than a bank. This is often considered clever and quirky, signalling to other users that this user is a crypto connoisseur, which is something that the user feels is important that everyone else is reminded about.
