Banking secrecy in Lichtenstein's constitution but not the Switzerland?

Switzerland does not has the banking secrecy in their constitution, Austria has, what about Lichtenstein do they have ?

They have and I believe it will only hurt US citizens if they open a bank account in Lichtenstein!
