If you plan to leave Germany: a lot of options, take your pick. Malta and Cyprus are easy, convenient options for EU nationals. But you can go to UAE, Bahrain, Caribbean, and elsewhere. Lots of options.
If you don't plan to leave Germany: no options, unless you are very wealthy and/or unless you are comfortable breaking the law and risk the wrath of the the tax authority.
If you create a US LLC for yourself, it becomes a German company for tax purposes and has to pay German taxes like any German company.
If you don't want to move: Talk to a good accountant or tax lawyer in Germany about how you can reduce your taxes. It should be someone specializing in tax optimization. Only work with licensed lawyers or tax advisors, avoid people without a license.
You will still be paying a lot of taxes - but possibly a lot less than before.
Otherwise if you really want to save a lot of taxes, you will have to move to a different country. Then there are many options.
