I am developing a bad allergy for everything “Swiss”.
First (several months ago) SwissBorg decided to blacklist for no reason whatsoever an Ethereum wallet of mine. Now they decided to conduct a “behavioral check” and requested - again - documentation in the form of tax returns or payslips, bank statements etc.
I have such documentation and provided it. But I don’t like to do so again and again.
I am a CHSB holder, Genesis level, SB shareholder, level 3 verified and have transacted a few millions over the years. But I will probably move elsewhere, for example OKX, which offers a MT personal IBAN too.

They blacklisted a wallet external or your wallet internal?

I once deposited 0.5 ETH that came from staking in a privacy protocol (railgun?) and they rejected it -> had to provide a external wallet to send back to.

So it might be for compliance reasons (i closed my account after that)

We are contacting you in regard to your recent deposit of x.xx ETH, sent from wallet address xxxxxxxxxx
Unfortunately, this wallet address is not supported by our system due to security vulnerabilities (i.e. exposed/published private keys, or other similar types of risk factors which have been identified and reported publicly).

For this reason the transaction had to be reverted, could you please confirm the refund in the SwissBorg app?
Please make sure that you enter the same wallet address that the funds were sent from.

CEX's are told to allow funds to be deposited so as to map out all wallets/associations...
Of course, that’s the reason why I use a specific wallet with all cex transactions, I want it to be well documented and beyond any suspect.
