In web browser at this moment dont work, but in Telelphone Iphone apps Chats works. View attachment 8732

The error message appears when I click on chat with our agent directly. iPhone.

For me works, try reinstall apps, try update ios etc... (but how I say in web broswer dont work, so they realy have problems with that).

Today all back to work (in Web browser I test work (Edge + Private mode) + in iphone apps also works. I mean I write to live chat and also can ticket create.

I managed to contact them via ticket through web. Useless monkeys, impossible to reason with them.
