Meme coin and company?

Yeah not bad story,

But a generalization of personal opinions strongly comes through here, as always. It’s completely absurd to lump all so called "shitcoins" like XRP, LTC, SOLANA, etc., into the same category as all the others just because you have a different belief.

It’s exactly like saying all Black people are the same or all Chinese people are the same without distinction.

The idea is that if something goes wrong, my responsibility as an LLC is limited. As a physical person, I have full responsibility.

It is illegal, as a company, to create a meme coin? Based on your cons list, it looks like.
Its not illegal if you go through your regulator and apply for it and get their holy blessing. Otherwise they'll go after you for issuing unregulated securities that are not approved by them. You need the overlord blessing to do so.

Can it get you in massive trouble which will lead to fines and legal fee ? Absolutely.

Well, it won't be totally useless as you could spend the coins in some ways, like praying Cthulhu to not devour your soul. Not very different to pay some money to light a candle in a church. Although we can discuss that religions are the biggest scammers of all time ;)

Cash-out the gains? Unless you are secretly Elon Musk and plan to tweet about my coin, I think you are giving me way too much credit XD
If you don't think you'll manage to profit from that coin, what is there to worry about lmao Teenagers create memecoins on Solana with a couple of clicks. They ain't created LLCs anywhere

Just the first thing that comes to my mind:
Cheap coin + sending emails = spam

Of course, I can implement measures on the web to limit the functionality but no code is 100% secure... and there are some more things like that... so, yeah, there is some risk
