Let's talk about the West

What second citizenship would you suggest in that case and why do you need a second residency and where would you suggest that to be?

Pick one you like and suits your needs. You need a second one as if you ever wanted to give up your first citizenship you cannot become stateless if your country signed up to the UN Declaration of Human Rights.

I live in probably the last country in the EU that I still consider "free" - Bulgaria.

With that said, the government is divided between US-controlled, Russia-controlled, and Turkey Controlled politicians which means that a shitstorm is inevitable at some point.

I'm also curious what countries you guys consider a safe harbor when the EUSSR finally decides to go full-blown green communist utopia. I'm certain the US is doomed as well and from what I can see - Russia and China will be what's left of civilized society but I definitely don't want to live in both, although Russia has its beauty for sure.
These two places are tricky to adopt to as a non-native. You will also just need a year or two to learn the local language and be able to function and socialize. But nevertheless, according to your looks/manners you might also be considered a foreigner forever which can be pretty good but also pretty bad depending on the political winds in said places.

okay, but do you have any example to what country would benefit me as a European citizen?

"Pick one" is not helping anyone ?

Take in consideration the citizenships you can get fairly "easy" (by buying in) compared to other ones which come with a fuckton of things to do before you can get those

Afghanistan.....you happy now

lmao, but maybe Taliban is exploring this option to sell afghan passports for additional income

lol....he won't say his needs. So for all I know he could be looking for a place like Afghanistan as he as need for waging jihad. Don't think he has thought through his needs.

For example language, healthcare, culture, security, human rights etc are needs one most consider when looking where to live. People needs to be clear about their needs and not just expect a one country fits all approach.

Really depends on a lot of factors.
I love Russia but the language is difficult and the weather is harsh.
Forget China, they will dominate the world for user but they are - correctly - focused on their own people and citizenship is very difficult (I don’t even know if it possible at all!).
I chose Latin America, warm people, great food, wonderful weather, you can swim, ski, whatever you want.
Other people chose South East Asia.
All those countries allow take their citizenship.

If people have not made plans to at least have a second residency or nationality they may be in for a surprise in future with very little options to escape western government tyranny.
You wrote!

I asked:

You answered
Afghanistan.....you happy now?

Now I wonder what your aggressive behavior is about ?

If you don't want to answer just ignore the question or tell me that it is an impossible question to answer.

You answered.

How can I help you if the answer is dependent on your needs

I even tried to help you below by explaining what needs are below.

Don't think he has thought through his needs.

For example language, healthcare, culture, security, human rights etc are needs one most consider when looking where to live. People needs to be clear about their needs and not just expect a one country fits all approach.

If you ask stupid questions you get stupid answers. You have to explain what your needs are based on your personal circumstances and not resort to playing victim...lol.

There is only one worse question than what you asked and that typically is - " What is the best country for me to setup a company?"

Preface or suffix such questions with your personal needs.

So I don't understand your answer, sorry.

But as I read several times in your posts about to escape the EUSSR then you say get out of there quickly.

That's a good advise, but where the hell should someone go then, wouldn't it be like to find a list of countries that would help you escape all the rules and policies and all the other horrible stuff they will apply in the EU and many other places, in order to be able to decide which country would suite?

Most people from the West actually choosing the UAE as it's fast, straight forward and affordable.

Getting a 2nd or new passport as a Western National isn't easy, straightforward and can't really be pruchased except Malta Citizenship.

I mean in reality no Western National is opting for a Caribbean CIB program as the shortcomings are way too high especially as for now no Western National except US citizen is taxed based on the Citizenship.

By the way just recently a lot of people from Malaysia relocating to Dubai as well - seems like even some Asian countries are no longer what they used to be in the past.

Seriously, who likes living in Dubai full of sand, soulless malls and architecture?

It would be difficult to live in a place like a giant shopping mall

Not many and that's why you should see it how it is - a Business & Finance hub.

I know personally nobody that likes living in a Microwave in August - however I know a lot that want to benefit from 0% tax, minimum of bureaucracy and the best access to all banks worldwirde through the Dubai International Finance Centre.

While some agencies are promoting 2nd Citizenship I see how people from Malta are relocating there Business & Finance to the UAE - while agencies are promoting still some not up to date Offshore Jursidictions like Kuala Lumpur - I see how people born in Kuala Lumpur relocating there Business & Finances to the UAE - or get access to all major global banks through the UAE.

I highly recommend to see the things how they are and even when you are living for some months during the year in Dubai that doesn't mean that you have to drive everyday with a lambo to the mall - enjoy the nice summer in europe - go to Switzerland and Austria for some hiking but honestly your Finances & Business doesn't have the need to go the Swiss Alps for hiking in the Summer - so move them where they are threated best.

I said in another thread, that citizenship doesn't really matter anymore, having a "western" passport and a Caribbean passport (just in case) + good residency is what you really need.

For example, having a Maltese passport + st Lucia passport (As a backup) and having a residency in a place that suits your specific needs, that place could be Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland or a mix between a couple of countries, so it really depends on your needs.

Do you like good banking, a lot of activities, shopping, 0% taxes, good networking? then you go to Dubai.

Do you like a mix between NYC like urban life and nature, nice people, cheapish luxury lifestyle, and a good tax system? then Malaysia is the answer.

Do you like a strong banking system, favorable tax regime, melting culture hub, good networking and don't mind living in a small country? then look no further than Singapore.

And the list goes on. but just asking generalized questions, will get you generalized answers. So, see what fit your needs and go from there.

Hmm. I'm not sure about that. The UAE knows very will that the reason why people is there is because of this 0% taxes, it's literally their bread and butter and they will make sure to defend that no matter what (this is not my words, these are the words of the people who are close to bin zayed and the royal families in the UAE)
Plus they make their money from other things, you have to pay 10+k Every year to have a decent setup in Dubai, so that's more or less "A fixed taxes" but it depends on how you look at it, and whether you have a small business or not.

and for the EU, If they wants to crack down on something, they should crack down on the next neighbor and I'm talking about Monaco, and as far as I'm concerned, they didn't do anything to it, maybe the situation will change in the future, who knows? but for now Monaco is safe at least.

the most that the EU can do to the UAE is cracking down on pseudo residencies, and I'm here talking about the dumb fucks who get a residency in Dubai and spent the rest of the year in Europe or in their home country and expect the tax man to swallow this BS. these are the people who are the most likely to be targeted by the EU.

But for now, Dubai ticks a lot of the boxes for a lot of people, and as long as it remain that way, people will still chose it as their main hub whether it's for business, banking or general lifestyle.

They just might start increasing taxes. First it can be 3% which would be still considered low for most people, then it can be increased to 5%. You get the idea

Ok I see you want to get presented with a set of options and then choose from among them. I look at the issue differently I guess i.e if you walk into an estate agent and say "I want to buy a house". Estate agent will reply - "What area? how many rooms? whats your budget?" etc etc. But you would reply "show me all you have and let me choose from them" ;)

It is not harsh like that in reality. You can meet like minded people from all over the world and find people within your own niche of interest pretty easily.
And the value for money is pretty good as well.
The weather is just very hot in July/August. Compare that to Singapore which is like a steam bath 365 days a year with maybe some "cooler" days in October.

Also (under normal circumstances) it is very easy to just spend some time in Asia, Africa or Europe which is within a about a short 6 hour flight in either direction and with pretty limited jetlag as well.
