I - Account EMI

Is there any momentum in joining to fight these guys?

They give the same b.s. responses. "We will check with... We will notify... We will...". It's like nobody there has any control of anything, it is always someone they have to check with or notify. Plus they ask a bunch of questions but they never respond other than they will "forward" the info somewhere.

Anyone stuck with personal funds or just corporate? Plus, are any of you that are having problems in high-risk businesses? ie. p***O, casino, crypto, etc.

I am just wondering if this a regulatory (corporate) problem or is it now a flat out scam? We had 4 different company accounts with i-Account from 2016-2018 which we had no problems, however they never updated KYC or checked on anything during that period. We only had a problem with one account starting around mid 2018.

Are most these problems "paperwork" or are they about to do a runner?

Whatever you do, DO NOT use i-Account/PayEdge/Liri. I have two issues with them. 1. I sent $5k out in August 2017 and the beneficiary never received the money. I asked iAccount to recall the payment. I'm still waiting. Their excuse is that there is some sort of court order against them. 2. i put in a withdrawal on 22nd November and still not actioned. They debit your account though! they just never send the money. GET ALL YOUR MONEY OUT NOW.
We have happily been made whole by iAccount. 1. They finally credited the missing wire (missing since Aug 2017) and 2. they processed our wire. We have begun using them again.

This sounds were fishy and untrustworthy.

How are you going to respond? What do you recommend? Any tip is valuable.

Thanks in advance.

My current plan is to arrange a control order before starting any litigation, to ascertain what assets said companies have in HK. I'm been told by a HK solicitor this can be done, and am currently waiting on further feedback.

Hi there! Thank you for informing us of your experience. May I ask... did you make any progress with the HK solicitor and control order? If so, could you please share the solicitor that your used so that I may do the same.

they reply me on email today ! they said :
"Your request has been escalated to the relevant team.

Please wait for further instructions.

Thank you.

Best regards "

i hope its not a scam ! im really need to transfert all my funds to my europe personel account

Hi Trudy, what did you do to receive funds? Looking through this forum, it seems like we are all in the same boat. We have been unable to send funds since October of 2018. A few months ago, someone from the Philippines sent me a skype message and said that her company (Liri Business) was hired to help with their customer support. She said that the company had some banking issues that they were trying to resolve and that by May they should be able to send funds. After continuing to follow up, she said that their company no longer works with Payedge and that Payedge decided to take back customer service inhouse. However, she still has a contract with i-Account to do lead generation and sales. It seems like they are still operating and I'm hoping it is merely a banking issue that is preventing them to send funds.

Hi - a quick update for anyone still stuck with this is that I've manged to recover my funds fully. Heavy pushing via the regulator and HK police did the trick (see my previous post).

In reply to afrishore - yes the funds disappeared and were visible under pending payments as 'BEING PROCEEDED' (sic). They were finally paid out via various banks into my bank accounts.
Hi Henri,

I'm currently based in HK and should be able to push them in a similar way as you. Could you advise what you actually did to recover your funds and how they sent it?

currently i cannot use my i-card or withdrawal funds from my account ! but they send email and notification in my account that all will change to new company is name Circle Pay LLC. !!! end of julie/31/2019
im not beleive them ! seem that we are scammed ! any idea guys ??

We need to move all together so as we can manage to recover all of our funds. regular communication on this network is good. We need to take an international Banking Lawyer. Any good idea is more than welcomed. Henri T. can you help us? Could you do something for us? Thank You in advance.
