On the other hand you don’t have to deal with all the headaches, you let experts manage the properties and you own a portfolio that you would never be able to build yourself unless you were a multi billionaire.
care to share ticker? average return? and...absolutely right

I own GNL, NLY-PF, AGNCN, DBRG-PH. Only GNL is a proper REIT though, the others give me exposure to the real estate sector in different ways.
I also own mortgage investments which cannot be defined as proper re.
I don’t care about return, I’m interested in dividends.

DYOR as usual. Not investment advice. What is good for me might not be good for you.

Thanks brother, much appreciated. Regarding your mortgage investments, you as a lender?

i agree with this.
Real estate is the easiest asset to get appropriated by the ruling gangs thru whatever idea they come up with. As a single, god beware foreigner landlord one has next to no lobby power against that and the asset cant be moved.
A reit however might be able to negotiate a favorite deal which a single landlord cannot.

Word.
Of course you must choose to ignore the fact that the people running (any) funds are experts in creative accounting.

Crypto trade (ROI 10-20%) can be much higher if you… “gamble” with leverage at the right times on the right assets

Then buy whatever assets has a proven/stable/commodity system that yields dividends on a regular basis, ROI ranges from 2 to 7 % with minimal effort and you’ve got plenty of time to work on other ROI producing things

Note: with stable system I mean a system that consistently delivers a product which is either needed or recurrently bought

My fellow member, could you please share what business you are currently doing and how it can generate revenue? I am not a business person, but I would appreciate your knowledge.
Staffing - specialised local staffing, and now offshore staffing services. The former generates excellent revenue but requires years of toil in that industry, and lower ability to scale. Offshore staffing, not yet profitable but very close - slow economy stifled sales this year. Has the potential to scale a lot more than local staffing.

Passive investments - real estate, ETFs, metals.

Is mining currently profitable? Also, in crypto, what are the ways to generate revenue?
Coal mining is. Crypto mining on the other hand isn't worth it for me, I'd have to invest a lot of money for something I'm not really interested in. Google has a quantum chip, that is more attractive.

I have a few licensed crypto exchanges but there are other ways, staking, lending, providing liquidity etc.

You are into coal mining in Mongolia? Respect.
