Yes, it's resolved, accept the bank is still waiting on Novo to send the money. For the past nine month's Novo was legally prohibited from sending out the money. Now that the legal barrier had been removed Novo has no excuse, but so far Novo has failed to comply with any of the bank's requests. Novo clearly has an incentive to hold onto the deposits for as long as it can, and it appears that is what Novo is doing. So what does this mean for opt-out clients if the liquidation officially commence before the end of April and we dont have our moeny returned to us by NOVO BANK?

Let's say we start to see the end of the tunnel. The updates are a little bit clearer than before where they just said we had to wait 3 more months without any reasons. But yeah, this can last few more monthsThat's good news, but who can trust them anyway?
If we don't get anywhere with Novo early next week the bank will take legal action. Hopefully the equivalent of an emergency injunction ordering the immediate lease of the funds. So I don't think it will take years. Novo has no legitimate legal basis for not releasing the funds.
