He has not even been served yet. Conclusion: Peter Schiff´s lawsuit (that I hope he wins, and he is a guy I repect) made the receiver totally STALL....nothing after 11th of october "liquidation plan will be published in a few weeks" ...NOW we are at best with 1-3 years extra time, and as he is being sued together with "the entire world" of course he colludes with them and charge himself monthly.
Because the receiver hasn't been stalling before? Peter should have sued immediately after OCIF choose the nuclear option. That's the only stalling that should have been avoided. If you don't fight for your business the criminals will take over and do with it whatever benefits them. Whether they wear a suit and tie makes little difference. A thief is a thief.

Much ado about nothing. In plain English: "Sit back on your a*s, shut up and keep waiting."You can read the latest Receiver report update (oct 25) what the issue is according to the Receiver :
"Finally, the funds deposited at EPIB main bank accounts held with the correspondent bank were received by the undersigned. By this date all bank accounts in custody of the trustee have been reconciled and remain deposited at Axos Bank. Despite progressing significantly in the customers’ accounts reconciliation, we remain working in this process with the assuming entity. All customers should know that there have been no distributions nor transfers of funds to any customers by the trustee nor the assuming entity. Until this reconciliation process is completed and approved by the Office of the Commissioner, all customers remain in the same condition, that is awaiting the commencement of the liquidation process. Opt-Out customers should be advised that the notices required by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions have not yet been released. Once the reconciliation is finalized and approved by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, we will be in a position to set an official migration date, which will be communicated to the customers accordingly".
Good evening Peter! Will you post the lawsuit now that all parties this week have been served? I see that as of Wednesday the 27th you have the CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE (=a document in which a party certifies to the Court that any document filed with the Court has been mailed or otherwise served on all other parties) - I was given this source from a fellow customer: https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/55723734/Schiff_v_Internal_Revenue_Services_et_alThere is a lot of information on what happened to the bank on this website 9fraud.com. I will be posting the lawsuit I recently filed as soon as the first parties are served.

It's a U.S. federal court in Puerto Rico. That's the court that has jurisdiction.where can I find the original PDF with the stamped Docket Number? It is amazing that you sue in PR while on the same time claiming and labelling the jurisdiction as "corrupt"...
Here is the civil rights lawsuit I filed on Nov. 4th 2024
https://9fraud.com/civil-rights-claim/
bothAre you suing the OCIF appointed receiver in his official capacity or on a personal basis?
Why would it go no where? He violated his fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of the bank's creditors and shareholder. I have a good case against him. Also, I doubt it will delay the return of customer funds, which will have been tied up for three years in June. If anything it will shine a spotlight on him to speed up the process."WIGBERTO LUGO, in his official capacity as the OCIF Trustee,"
When I asked if you were suing him in official or personal you said "both" below but doc says only official
bothAre you suing the OCIF appointed receiver in his official capacity or on a personal basis?
Suing him in his official capacity will likely go nowhere and just delay things possibly.
sorry Peter you are danergously wrong. But time will tell. I hope the depositors will get their money back soon
