EMI and Offshore banks that works worldwide

steals money, support does not answer for weeks, do not recommend.

I was wrong, they do not steal money, the refund I was waiting for and thought that was not processed automatically was actually processed and added to my balance.
I did not notice it because I was confused by the rather complex and unintuitive control panel: crypto transactions and card transactions are shown on two different pages, refunds are not reflected on the crypto transactions page and card deposits are not shown on the "card transactions" page until its tab is changed to "transactions" from the default "authorizations".
so coincardi has no problems with the money part, however their support could have been better:

now I could partially recommend them

VIABUY discontinued as of August 10, 2024. Online account with personal IBAN and Prepaid Mastercard.

Coincardi get Mastercard Debit Сard to spend crypto straight from your wallet without converting it to Fiat. Unlocking crypto for your daily life

1) It is not for kids
2) Be advised that it is very trusted. Probably more than western banks

At this moment I do not. BTW, hawala works in Europe as well – in the relevant communities. AFAIK.
Is there any direct banks that accept foreign individuals or companies to open bank account completely online? And use banks products like FD/GIC/Loans etc
EMI are decent but their long continuity is uncertain and if they have AI algo running on accounts random blocks/closures can happen so that's why ask if have a list of banks that support above criteria?

In general – yes. Yet it essentially depends on your citizenship, residence, SOF and the amount of money you are willing to deposit.

Intergiro, currenxie, payeer and Spectrocoin could work for you.
@Nw1 is asking about the banks offering fixed deposits, loans, etc. – it means none of above solutions would work for him, unfortunately.

Can I please know a list of these banks so I can check with them if they are capable to open account or not
As written above, without knowledge of your citizenship, residence, SOF and the amount of money you are willing to deposit, any list is useless. In general, e.g. any Swiss wealth management bank can onboard you online, at least with the proper introducer – if they like your answers to the questions above...

I want to ask why you avoid Revolut and Wise in your list, both can work very well ?

So they let people do a few transaction, waiting until you load more money on the account and then steal the money. After I posted here I did like this and now 750 $ are missing with radio silence
