IFZA Pro delivered my renewal docs to me today here in Dubai.

I asked if he had any updates on DLS Group but sadly he didn’t.

There’s a real gap in the market here for a provider with great service for sure

Its very easy, health test, emirates id form and the ifza form online. 2 days later the visa was ready and another 3 days to receive emirates id. As other user said you do everything in one day, the rest is just waiting.

Well he should get in touch better sooner than later. It wont be hard to get his real name and german passport number in case of a fraud ‍Just one needs to go to the police, provide phone numbers, bank account number, dls license….

What has it to do being an OG: you pay for a service, you dont get the service. Option A: be happy you lost money by a scam. Option B) you go to the police. Guess you are Fred It is a fact and stupid assumption to think you can get away with it, UAE will have your name etc from banking, Du account, DLS registration. So just saying, cost me nothing to go to the police ‍ no OG magic needed or you just contact the people you owe service / money and find a solution.

So what would you do in case you paid 4keur for renewal, visa and id, wrote him since a month, called him and never get an answer? Send another 4k? I am running out of time and now have the fun to do all the admin work I paid him for. Great that you are such a nice supporter, but there are some rules and one is to fulfill a contract.

Have you tried contacting IFZA directly?

Maybe they could shed some light on the Fred/DLS situation or potentially provide some contact information?

I renewed with Fred several weeks ago but once the payment was made and they confirmed they’d received funds, I didn’t hear back from them.

The only correspondence I got back was from IFZA and was automated to confirm the renewal etc.

I then spoke with IFZA directly who’s pro delivered the renewed documents to me here in Dubai (eg trade licence, lease agreement etc)

My frustration is based on Fred agreeing to carry out the emirates ID and visa renewal process with his pro Mohammed if we renewed with him/DLS. Since we renewed, I can longer get in touch and as such I’ll be handling this either on my own or with IFZA directly at my own cost.

My telegram shows Fred last online 19/09 and WhatsApp no longer shows messages as being read.

Same here. I fixed the company part but now busy with Emirates ID, Smart Salem for Health certificate, Visa Certificate with IFZA. I paid for the services already and this doubles the cost plus is fraud if he does not reconnect and refund. I will finish all the steps on my own (guess not rocket science), but if he is not responding anymore, of course I will go to Dubai & German police offices (also not rocket science). I only wrote here as I am pretty sure that he reads the post. Do i want beef with him: no. Will i get scammed without consequences: probably not.

For all who need to renew as well:
1. emirates id application (300aed)
2. health test (smart salem, 700aed)
3. residence visa with IFZA (not done yet)

I also asked IFZA. Their answer is a good instruction but you have to do it all on your own:

Please be advised that in order to proceed with residence visa renewal, the Trade License must be valid for more than 90 days.
Your passport must be valid for more than 7 months. You must be inside UAE prior to expiry of your residence visa.
Medical test and Emirates ID registration must be completed. Once you have these documents, you may submit residence visa renewal application by following the steps below.

1. Please complete the online renewal of visa application Visa Application Form - IFZA (Visa, Direct Customer) (zohopublic.com), using our step-by-step guide attached for your reference. If the applicant has already completed the medical Fitness test and Emirates ID Application, please upload the documents during the application process.
2. Upon submission, you will immediately receive a quotation for the transaction at your registered email address. Please upload the proof of payment using the provided link so we can initiate the request.
3. After vetting the application, an employment contract will be sent directly to the General Manager and the visa applicant’s email address for E-signature. It requires to have signature in both English and Arabic sections (total of 4 signatures) – Please check the information within this document very carefully before signing.

You can anticipate for the renewal visa to be issued within 3 working days from the day we receive all requirements along with the payment. If you would like to opt for VIP service (24h if applied before 11am – additional cost: 1,500aed), please let us know and we will provide you with a new quotation.

I’m a bit curious about the answer, but do you really think the police in Dubai would do something about this? I have no knowledge of the state of the police in Dubai, but I do know that if you tried the same in any EU country, nothing would happen here. The case would be dropped after a few months.

You will get listed in the UAE border control system and next time you enter UAE, there will be a surprise. Will they try to get your money back? Nope. Will they track someone down when abroad? Nope. Will they share his personal information with you? Probably if you can prove that you got scammed (easy with DLS issueing invoices and prove of payment). Rest is on you, if you want to go to the german police next.
