Behind cards there is either VISA or MASTERCARD, these networks are no easy to get into without proper regulation.

Just submit the same kyc, they will ask some additional questions like street/number but not big changes, it only applies to some users from risk countries, or passports expired.
You can also submit a new kyc passport photo if u prefer.

Added USDC deposits for both ERC20/TRC20 (also no need to connect wallet anymore)
Added 2$ fee for deposits under 1000$
Virtual cards and apple pay should come in max 15 days
Safety measure now logs you out from website/app every few hours. So if app does not work always try to log out - log in.

I have just received an sms that my card is blocked for absolutely no reason.

I am not able to unlock it from within the app. And all of a sudden the sttings screen has "kyc rejected"

Hi sir,

Your card was locked due to stricter KYC rules from our Trust partner.

Please resubmit your KYC by going to your account section in the back office.

Upon submission, we will review your KYC as quickly as possible but it may take up to 5 business days.
