So, any thoughts about what kind of information I should write in
- Account Type
- Account Name
- Date Account Balance (most recent)
of Claim Form 4 - Unsecured Prepaid Cardholder under Prepaid Card section? Or where can I find that info?
 
Anyone heard anything back from the liquidator yet? I only got conformation email for documents and claim received and that's it. For further info and updates on the claims they recommended to keep checking on the website . I'm losing my faith ...every response from them comes slow and is short and unclear. Website info should be general info not personal response on accepted, delayed or refused claim . What a shame on you NEW Choice Bank dictators and employees... .getting paid using people's money for providing poor service , give no crap for people concerns and needs to get their hard earned money back.....so unprofessional and shady time proves no wrong . I Personally doubt that many ppl will receive more then 20 precent of their total amount and probably many will left handing and with close to zero. I hope I'm wrong . I just don't trust Belize government and their ways on handing their banks .
 
i don t even got the confirmation email KrsPeeva . I sent documents on august 30 . Nothing ..... AT 1 octomber is last day when we can use fcp site . I m affraid that they will reply on 15 octomber and ask something from fcp site
 
Bogdan9000 I had the same situation. And since I did not got any reply from them, I resent them the email with the documents last week, and they responded the next day telling me they received the claim and documents. I suggest you to do the same.
 
I just sent the filled claim form with my notarized passport copy and all the evidences...and then I got this respond in 3-4 hours:


"The Liquidator acknowledge receipt of the claim form and attachments. Please visit the website for any further updates in relation to status of claim(www.choicebanklimitedinliquidation.com). "

I have more than $9000 on my card....Good luck for us....
 
hello,i have as well lots of money on firstchoice stuck,i sent on 28 september the claim,but i had no reply and i see all of u had reply from him(even if is a prewritten one) my question is please,do i need to send him notarized id card? or driving license? i don t have passport.sounds maybe silly for some of you but i couldn t find anywhere to see if beside claim i need to send something else!
 
Send your driver s licence.I sent that since no passport. You have to call and ask for the confirmation. You haven t called so far?
