I need the company to be paramount holding for Seychelles company and read Panama and Belize are very secure in privacy and anonymity matter! I will say it is for long term business and why I seek advise.

I just got my Seychelles corp. today, a little bit later than expected but it is OK! If I were in your position I would not consider any cheap solution for your company incorporation needs, finally you get what you pay for, looking around on the different providers (and there are tons of them) I never have seen any matching service like the one the owners of this forum offer the service level of CCLOGIC is outstanding and never seen before.

I'm not on a cheap but best solution for me and realise that the Seychelles company may suit my needs I have send Admin and his team a ticket (ticket no. KLX98712) maybe you can look into it.

To go for the cheapest solution or Agent may be your first error!! If you can't afford to pay for a good service then stay away. To incorporate a offshore company is not a game for the cheap player but only for the people doing serious business with serious money!
