for an EEA/EU regulator thats very very fast, normal is 6-9 months.... look at Luxembourg, France etc.

bear in mind that with an EEA structure you easily get a banking and custody account at tier-1 banks,
with Mauritius etc. it might be a challenge.

mauritius regulator is rather slow, if they told you only 2 months i guess it is a sub-fund of an existing structure?

the purpose is for a full fund structure not a sub fund. thanks for that info i will try to question the incorporation providers to answer on this!

As for the privacy aspect, as long as the public cant access this information it is fine with me, i do not need dummy directors or to hide from the governments.

Looks like you could have a look at a Switzerland Fund, there are other users from OCT researching it. From what I can read with a Swiss Foundation you have no owner and it is completely separated from any person.
