On another note, just read that lithuania is anti any for of ICO or crypto-backed debit card services of EMIs. Is there any other favourable jurisdictions for this? Much appricated!!

There is nothing wrong with building on an existing and tested platform/API.

Part of the licensing process is to demonstrate high IT infrastructure, especially now with DORA coming into force; and that's when these white-label solutions comes in to save you the day.
