It's not up to you or your bank.
SEPA Credit Recall is a standard available to all SEPA participants. Shouldn't be an issue as long as you run a legitimate business, though. Recalls are only possible in cases of duplicate sending, technical error, or fraudulent/criminal activity.
Same goes for SEPA Direct Debit disputes, but they are even easier for account holders to raise then recalls. If your problem is with SEPA DD, the most effective solution is to simply not offer it.
