Xapo bank doesn't accept EU and US?

I am an Italian citizen and live in Italy, I opened an account with XAPO Bank and I have not had any problems. I have now made a transfer to this account and let's see how it behaves.
The assistance service is excellent and fast.

How is going with Xapo? I would like to open an account to receive USD payments. Did you have any trouble yet?

They don’t support USD payments at the moment. It’s pretty useless bank now.

Yes, only crypto but USD transactions are not allowed even if it's a USD bank account.

yes it is very weird since eur transactions are allowed but balance is kept in USD, so there is currency conversions all the time, quite unusual
