New Mexico provides a bit more privacy, although you can achieve the same level of privacy in Wyoming by using a nominee.

Wyoming is probably more understood by EMIs, but Mercury is US based so I don't think it'll make much difference.

Hey Sol, is it "easy" to create an LLC in Wyoming with a nominee and a bank account in Hong Kong?

The nominee is an American resident in Wyoming or has to be for example another company (One in Panama, for example).

Do you know anyone who can help set up this kind of structure (Someone reliable)?

it is not going to happen.

Setup a Wyoming LLC and use Mercury bank for banking, that will work out fine.
