Wyoming VS Delaware VS Hong Kong VS Others for eCommerce?

I guess they can then block your business accounts with US institutions, hold directors when immigrating, etc. If you do not plan to visit the US and have no inventory, bank accounts there, you may get around it.

And for the record:
  • They will grant you first time abatement and forgive you the penalty if you call them (but you can only do this once every three years depending on the fine)
  • I supposedly filed two 5472 late. I did file a protective filing 1120-F, which you can file 18 months after the due date and it is still on time. But not the two 5472 that I supposedly filed (I never filed any as it is not required for protective treaty filings). They later apologised for the mistake and sent me a letter giving me access to another first time abatement.

Yes, and you can file all yourself. Use search function on OCT and Google, there are many guides.

Do you think US LLC is a good option for my situation with Tax residency in Algeria (a country with anarchical Tax agency, Basically they dont care about foreign tax because no communication with other countries, and has no CRS but DTA with USA)

Same business selling products on Amazon marketplaces (US-EU) and own online store.

2nd question, What kind of forms as a non US resident with LLC should i fill ?

Better UK Ltd ?

As you can read in hundred of other threads here on the forum a US LLC is taxed where the owner lives. In your case it doesn't matter so it is a good option for you to setup a Wyoming, New Mexico or Delaware company.

Hello, just quick update. I am moving forward with Bizee. It's been recommended by a friend and so far it looks good and much cheaper and professional that what I saw before. I estimate around 1000 usd of annual compliance costs.

I use it and it's decent. Just keep in mind you still need to submit a few forms on your own every year or make sure your accountant does it.

For Belize I suggest apintertrust, they charge around 500$ for formation including all first year costs.

I assume the registered agent will guide me with this.
I never spoke with them lol, I'm not sure if you're able to. But ask Bizee support if you can, or maybe they can assist.

For my situation, I sent form 5472, 1120, and another form stating that it's a disregarded entity. There are some guides online that show you how to do everything, but it's best to have a professional do it just in case.
