Not much, around 6~7 times. I'm an OTC trader, and buying with a card incurs high fees for me.

Interesting. Why would you advise to avoid crypto exchanges? What's wrong with buying or cashing out crypto via Kraken for example?

My view, is that exchanges are involved in shady activities.

This blows back on consumers -> see the people de-banked in the UK for simply using Binance...

EMI-> BANK or BANK -> EMI has a full robust record archive for the transfers A->Z.

In addition they carry out AML as standard practice.

Banks have issues with Crypto exchanges. EMI's do not, both carry out their legally required AML processes.
