Where to get a European covered insurance without residential address?

Is there any insurance company that is covering digital nomads who for obvious reasons don't have a permanent address?

@EliasIT did you find any good health insurance that covers Europe? I checked SafetyWing, but in FAQ they say cancer treatment is not included, I would rather have that covered.

Exactly yes.
I heard it was good, plus the service I use for my startup has a master agreement with April Insurance (better benefits).
Personally, I have no experience with April as I am currently still covered through family insurance.

Whatever you choose look at which insurer is underwriting these often small companies. In April case its GAN Vie the French group, with good A+ rating.

usually I pay for them myself anyway, so it doesn't matter for me.

I didn't considered cancer as something I need an insurance for, if it hits me I will be dead anyway. I choose Safety Wings for now. I negotiating with Alianz to see if they can get me covered too.
