Yeah they should be sufficient for most digital nomads like meWhatever you choose look at which insurer is underwriting these often small companies. In April case its GAN Vie the French group, with good A+ rating.

I didn't considered cancer as something I need an insurance for, if it hits me I will be dead anyway. I choose Safety Wings for now.
