Crypto Company with crypto licence in Estonia cost a bit over 3000 eur and takes about 3 months.
But still that is not helping with bank account, even LVH (sort of crypto friendly) don't want to open an account.

Yes, exactly, there is LHV Pank but they charge 2000eur/month even if they open an account.

Cost of the Crypto Currency Exchange License is 350 Eur. but - you need to apply in Estonian Language and if you fail, you cannot apply again for the licence !
you need to provide documents from Police that you were never prosecuted as well.
that's why cost is 2000 eur. instead (Estonian Company help) but you got a very good chance receiving the licence then.

about 7000 EUR to receive license in Estonia instead of 18 000 USD for similar services in Belize
it would be a challenge to open account even in Estonia but it still easier then open account for Belize IBC with cryptocurrency business activity
