I need to know what is the best and cheapest country to incorporate my crypto business to?

The idea is to trade crypto on behalf of 3rd party but it's a business only 3 months old so I have limited capital, say 40K euro to get this started.

Where can I obtain a license for crypto business. I will take 3rd party money and exchange it to crypto and the opposite.

It requires a license, so far so good, Belize charge US$ 100,000 as fars as I can read from last years post. Switzerland will cost at least the same to get anything licensed there!

Costa Rica is a SCAM in regards to license, so what is left here?

please help.

Well, I would look for a Belize license it seems that it's the place where people are going for such if they can't pay for something in Switzerland.

The USA would be another suggestion but I believe it is difficult as an foreigner and if you don't live there!

anyone else has something to suggest please :)

I believe you want to have a look at AdvCash and Mistertango and do some in deep research on what bank they are using! Be prepared to do large deposits.

We launched our crypto exchanger in Estonia. You need a license to work with crypto on behalf of your clients in Estonia.

It costs really cheap (state fee is about 350 EUR), and it can be obtained fully remotely (if you have e-residency).

But the Estonian authorities require a whole bunch AML and KYC documents, which we have been preparing for like 3 months.

Other than the service above, does anyone offer an offshore Belize or Estonia Business and banking setup or can you recommend someone that may offer such a service?

I was going to get a Bank account in Estonia but you must meet up with them in person before they can go ahead.

Belize will cost a lot in comparison to Estonia and it is better to have EU company for such busines (only my opinion)

I had experience with Tallinn Business Bank, they can check your documents before visit, but visit is neccessary anyway and the process takes a lot of time

In case someone knows where to open a merchant account AND current account for Estonian company with crypto-license would appreciate that! As the company has non EU resident director and shareholder, the Estonian banks refuse to open an account. So I am looking for a solution.
