You can go with any EU or offshore bank as long as your IM business is real and legit!

However, you may find it difficult to find one with flexible terms and approval criteria. It’ll help to ask for references or spend some time doing a little research over the Internet.

You may want to add a few new banks i.e. Jamaica and Anguilla banking they seem to be valid options.

If you don't mind the min. deposit Barclay in the Seychelles ask for then they are a great and stable bank. I have been with them for 5 years and didn't faced any troubles.

You want to be careful with anybank when you have to deposit 25k USD!
