yeah it's not that difficult. To convince them do what you want them to do is the biggest hurtle.

As I spoke with another guy around here it looks like that people think they can get such UBO's for an hundred euro, that's not going to happen unless you can organize all of it at your own, I doubt OP is able to do that.

You probably need to build a bit of a relationship. Most of those people don’t have a passport, so you also need to assist them in getting one.
