Just another update, tried processing a few payments and stopped and was expecting a larger payout but then came up with things such as invoices, proofs of business and he knew the business was something where I am unable to provide any sort of documents unfortunately.

It's not worth getting it and waste your time and money.
First things first rather than place in a general contextual blank statement within the review, you clearly avoided and yet to indicate the total amount of payouts Vs the payments payouts flagged..

For clarity on the above you processed a total amount of 124 transactions spanning from 9th of Oct 2024 to Oct 22, 2024 for total amount of 187,204k/10,658$

Of which payouts of 143,528k/8,171$ has been duly paid out and received and verified by you all paid out in USDT to your wallet.

Payouts and CSV indicating payouts.

Your gripe emerged when specified amount of 36,780k/2,094$ from the payout batch dated Tuesday Oct 15, 2024 was withheld by the processing Bank requesting for sales invoicing, proof of substance,UBO declarations,business certs,Tax declarations.etc

CSV indicating settled payouts duly received in USDT for the duration of the 9th-16th of Oct..( the disputed amount on the 15th of Oct in question was withheld specifically)
As noted the 16th indicates a payout which was not withheld and paid out to you in USDT.

A total sales and rejected chart indicating total amount of 124 transactions vs 43 abandoned transactions alongside 6 Errors ranging( customer errors,bank errors).all clearly attached and sent to you, indicating possibilities leading to the frozen funds and request for additional docs.

IPTV a high risk business globally and errors as per the above trigger requests towards determining the level of risks by financial institutions handling processed funds, all of which was sent via email to you.

@VESTANON sorted it for me.

When writing a review or complaining about a service, be aware that posts remain visible.

Good and clarifying responses to negative posts from the service provider can actually have the opposite, positive effect.

A provider that cannot handle complications or respond to customer complaints is often not worth much.

We believe that the original poster (seller) has handled the situation professionally, and there’s no reason not to give credit for that.

Typical, running fronts is not an easy job, especially with compliance constantly harassing you; you really need to have control of every aspect of the business and also the right tech stack with cloaking features to disguise your original source of traffic. This includes being able to produce any documents they ask for :)
