A Paypal or Stripe account must be tied to the same jurisdiction as the accounts bank account. Thus, an HK company with USD bank account would only be possible with a US-based stripe/paypal.

This isn't true for all jurisdictions. For example, you can associate a U.S. bank account with a Canadian PayPal/Stripe account.

Are you sure H.K. doesn't allow the same? You may have to add a H.K.-based bank account first, and then it might open the option to add a U.S. bank account as well.

HK PayPal supports US banks (with 2.5% withdrawal fee). Stripe Hk supports HK HKD and are reported to support HK USD, but this isn't official for all accounts yet. Stripe Hk doesn't support US USD.

Stripe with HK ltd only support HK$. Even receive EUR,USD .... pay out will be in HK$
