The worst EMI in the world

I don't agree, people are just sharing their opinions, same thing happened with Hamilton Reserve Bank and thankfully now people know not to use them.
Some people just like pulling down other people's initiatives without offering any value. Its just how world works and thankfully not all the times such people get any decision making power.

They emailed me asking about invoices for 2 payments I received, I provided info regarding those 2 transactions and asked if they needed anything else, they replied asking for an actual invoice, I provided that, they never got back to me...

1 week goes by, I receive an email saying my account will be closed because I haven't provided the info they requested. I tried contacting them again, they never replied.

They finally replied.
