Id say always go for both cheap and secured company when you buy them instead of creating a new one. But the best is still creating your own company since you can gain experience from it.

No cheap is not good for a business that you want long term, but on the other hand you also not want to pay more than is required to get it all!

Exactly, If you wanted a good long term company, investing a good or large amount will be required.

Cheap offshore company formation and bank account is not always the best way to go. I personally avoid it since if you find someone cheap doing this you will most often come into a situation where you face you didn't get it all. Then you will have to pay additionally for extra services or you will see that's not possible to get that extra service with this agent.

Some of the cheap offshore company formation services out there have specialized in only static services and that's why they can sell it cheap. Don't expect anything extra ordinary here.

Absolutely correct. We should not think about costing of offshore incorporation while privacy and safety is the main factor
