I think the question is what document / court ruling you have that supports your entitlement to the full monthly payment.

- If you have a court order that entitles, you or some other sort of contract, you can simply ask for a payment order in Monaco. It is called injonction de payer. I am not sure about the fees, but these are typically between 30 and 200 EUR for very high amounts. You can ask these guys or ask the Justice de Paix (below).
