Signing Invoices by Offshore company

okay India, yes sure they have some very complicated processes to trade internationally because of the government stopping people there to develop.

well it looks like it is an invoice and a contract combined....they ask the buyer to agree to their disclaimer like you do on a website...

Can't you get the director of the company to sign this? or just fake the signature?
