Think he already answered it. Also I can confirm it's aprox what I pay for my company too. This include all paperwork as you call it OR accounting, filing of tax report etc.

Okey but the agency you promote here is not answer people on email and they are totally anonomyous , there is no TEAM MEMBER images or info posten on the website that working with all this companys. for me it looks like a ghost company that run business in belize. I have scaned many agents on internet the last 60 days and some are hide the team members and some are not hide they team members from public and if i would hire a agent i would like to see names and pictures on they who handle my business.

and you a cyprus incoporate expert here do you know the list for agent in cyprus that i showed before in RAK they have a list on all agent that handle incoporate for companys because what i can see this agent you promote here is not based in cyprus and are they on some agent list in cyprus at all?

i have talk with 20 agent now in UAE and many of this guys are india people that earns money on this and run they business from india and they tell names that are totally fake.

I feel the totally industry about agent is dirty very much and probably 90% of this agent are scams that run different fancy agent websites on internet some as i told with no team visible at all and that for me feels like not seriously business owners that handle other business.

if you going to handle other business bee open who you are and who you team are and at least show you have some connections in the country you sell service to

what i would wanted to say is

it is one thing to make you own ghost company but another thing to hire a ghost company for handle you business, that what i call risky!

i want bee on the safe side and see who handle my business names and pictures and search they real profiles on internet.

and there is some who are public and that i feel are they good ones that you should hire i not mean now expensvie lawyers but there are other that show they faces in public and names and where they live and other info

you did not write what was included but now you did thank you very much for that info i think 3500 usd is okey price but i think i would pick a agent that are open with they identitys more. but i not force anyone do the same as me

and it is not my work find out they Team members it is they interest to show they are seriously what they doing and show they real identitys and info about they team

For they like me that was thinking about a RAK UAE offshore company

Here is some cost to setup Nor bank account in UAE:

Noor bank

Minimum deposit - 10000 AED

Maintenance fee - 200 AED

In case your average balance for one month was less then 10000 AED bank will charge you 200 AED for this month.

Online bank - 1000 AED per year

BANK PROVIDES TOKEN

Debit card (Master card) will be issued

1-3 weeks for opening bank account


i was hope someone know a bank in UAE that not are expensive t setup for small business with low budget

anyways with this money plus a airplane ticket and hotel in UAE i feel a cyprus company is what i going to setup if nobody give me a cheaper bank suggestion in UAE that i can use for my company in UAE

Starlightsm what you want is not possible.

completely 100% anonymous. Not possible, the bank will know you

offshore and pay 0% tax with zero risk. You do not have the budget for a proper setup. An offshore company will report you if asked if your home country has enough leverage, whether Sweden does I don't know but it is a risk)

There are lots of rules in place to stop people doing what you are trying to do. Lots of companies will not do business with an offshore company. If you want to sell via googleplay / apple, when you sign up as a business from an offshore region, do you think google / apple do not know what you are doing? Setting your address as a belize company (this will require a bz address) and your bank account details to get paid in another country, again they know what you are doing.

A lot changed in the last year for the worse to get away with things like this. Will you be able to prove the company is actual run from Bz? How are you planning on getting the funds from the business account to you?

You can not be 100% anon, 100% safe and cheap. Probably you can pick one of them for the long term. If you are thinking short term, then perhaps there are more options.

I agree very much to userXYZ! time has changed so the game has changed. To achieve what you are looking for will cost you lots of money and considering you to be located in Sweden which will slaughter you if they find out what you are doing I would reconsider my options.

I'm not so paranoid as @user9823671 since I have nothing to hide and for the business where I want to stay under the radar I make it cheap and easy, use darks.

I have the same concerns as you have. It's really hard to find someone who you can really trust this days. But the first rule I have is to avoid anyone that has offshore in their name, just my personal preference, no offence to anyone.

i not talk about free zone in UAE i talk about offshore RAK company in UAE and bank accounts in UAE.

if you have a offshore RAK company in UAE not a Free Zone like you have that is very expensive to open then you need a deposit to open a bank account at least i find out you need 10.000 UAE for open a bank account.

probably when you have a Free Zone company in UAE you have better benefits with the banks then a cheap RAK offshore company have.

Lucky you that have a Free Zone company in UAE if i have the money i would go for that definetly no doubt the best setup you can have right now :)

10000 AED is not a hidden cost but the minimum deposit.

RAK offshore is great setup to but the banks brings it down when it comes to cheap company setup.

So i go back to Cyprus again but then there is downside there to you need pay accounting every year

How about Hong Kong E-money setup with a RAK offshore company? would that working with google playstore and apple store to sell apps. i think i need to contact them for know if that works
