As long as you do not stay in France for >183 days, and the base of your personal life and business are not in France, they do not have a case against you.
If only it were so easy

Not really.

If you are there that often and there is no DTA protecting you, it most likely will be your résidence habituelle. Also, if you work there, France can tax you on your professional activities undertaken in France. Like your trading on IBRK during the time you are there.

I do not have my 'foyer' or 'lieu de sejour principal' in France. My foyer is overseas, and I spend less than 6 months per year in France hence this criteria does not apply. Moreover, I do not have an established business in France, nor it is conducted from France. I do not have clients in France either.
So, you don't work anymore?

I resonate with a lot of the comments here after being a permanent traveller for over 15 years.

Whilst it comes with a whole other bunch of challenges, I remember a couple sailing the world on their yacht who said they enjoy having their own kitchen/galley, bed, workspace etc whilst being able to wake up in different places.

No reason for there to be a winner and loser. Do what you feel is right at the time. Of course easier without a family.

If you have a strong partner who understands your position, it is possible to combine the lifestyle and raise a family. However your setup also needs to take this into account, either by having the home base in a 'good' jurisdiction or separating family and state.

I lived in Dubai for three years and considered going back and signing an annual contract, but honestly, life is way more fun as a nomad.

You’d have to escape Dubai during the summer heat while still paying exorbitant rent.

Essentially, you're paying for nine months of use in your apartment, which makes it quite expensive. A decent place would probably cost around $5k a month when you account for that. The air quality is also pretty bad, which can take a toll on your health—and that’s something money can’t replace.
I second this being a Golden Visa holder and having spent time on the ground i can totally agree on this.Dubai heat is a killer.I have always tried to escape its heat during summer in the last 3 years

True that a lot depends on your partner. When kids join the equation a good partner can make or break the Nomadic life journey.

You mean a 20 kg check-in bag or a 40 kg check-in bag smi(&% ?I generally keep a suitcase full of my clothes and other stuff packed and ready to go at a moments notice any time of the week.
What a life to live, a life in a suitcase and always on your way out the door!

Why do you need to be able to move so quickly, are you a criminal?
