Setting Up an Offshore Company While Being a French Tax Resident

These are the maintenance costs I was quoted:

Holding maintenance (UK) - 1000€

Rest are Maltese trading company:

Audit - 1000€

5% Tax Return - 250€

Yearly Tax Return - 150€

Accounting - 500€/quarter

Compliance - 300€/1-5 years

Registered Address Office - 700€/year

I guess there might be something missing?

These prices seems a bit low...for my experience only the audit is in the range of €1.6k/€2k...

Those costs omits company formation costs which in Malta is at leat 1500€, no secretary, no director and random bulls**t that Maltese love to throw at you that will rise the cost.

Incorporation I was quoted 3k, plus 700€ if UK holding was added.

Btw, as of now, I am also studying the possibility if going finally to PT to just use a PT company and use the better CIT compared to Spain.

Also, PT seems fine to having a Lda. and leaving all the benefit inside if you put a small salary.

In Spain they enforce you at least to put 75% if you have no workers beside you.

As of now, I am studying with some accountants the different setups options, and amounting the total costs, taxes, social contributions, etc.

I am gonna check also if the US LLC is valid according to the lawyer partner from the accounting which may create my PT Lda.

Because if that is the case and they offer me a "tax advice" (which will have force in case of future liabilities), I may just do that.

As of now, I have seen very near people having HUGE inspections in Spain. So I want to be sure, that is the reason I am comparing the different scenarios, pros, cons, benefits.

That's literally what he said he is considering, but he's looking for more legal guidance (which I think is wise).
