Seeking Advice on Opening a Personal Account as a Thai Resident with European Nationality

Thank you all very much for your responses, and sorry for the late reply—I had some health issues. I was finally able to open a brokerage account with Charles Schwab thanks to your recommendations, using my Thai residency. I will be using this account for cash-out purposes only.
As you correctly mentioned, the minimum amount to open the account is $0 and they provided me with a debit card which they sent me to Thailand.

I'll take a look at the suggested options from ABA Bank in Cambodia for a USD account as it sounds like a very interesting option.

No minimum amount required? I thought the minimum deposit was 15k or 25k.

No minimum amount required right now. Before it was 25k-50k.

You can request a checkbook. And it supports ach incoming, outgoing.
I do not know. I could only open a brokerage account. And the website and process is messy. After opening the account I need to fill in the W-8 Ben, but when I was going to fill it I got an error on the website and I was logged out. I logged in again and I tried to fill it, but it does not let me fill the TIN in the W-8 Ben (the form field is not active), so I cannot complete it. Then, when I try to request a debit card, I am redirected to a message with a link to open an International account with them, which is what I already did. I try to get a customer service agent on the chat, and after I few seconds connecting to an agent, all of sudden skips the process and show me the AI assistant over and over.
So far I do not like it. Never had such problems when opening account with other services.

Maybe it's not for you then.

Use the assistance chat, they're really helpful with all the process. I opened a brokerage account only, but have the debit card for cashout. You have to fill some pdf for the debit card and sent to them, it takes maybe a month or something, but it worth it.

I cannot get anyone on the chat either, only the stupid AI assistant. I will try later. Thanks!
