Do you really need a passport? Can't you just get residency, which would give you travel rights to Schengen countries?
And anyway, all countries should allow you to naturalize after a certain number of years.

It's a residence permit — a non-lucrative visa — and you don't even have to live there. A lot of my friends just got it. It's super easy and affordable. Another option is Romania, there are some shady ways through Moldova guys — more expensive and risky.

My friends pay taxes in Russia, live in Russia, and run their businesses there.

It is not possible to renew NLV if you don't live and pay taxes in Spain.

This! She could setup a company, employ herself and get residency in many countries and be able to travel the Schengen area just with her EU ID card/Residence permit.

get the UAE residency of 2 years and apply Schengen visa from UAE ,visa ratio is good.
