17/3 update:
I received my account from them, and started the warmup process from their recommendations, and didn't get any disputes or claim backs from the customers. After around 2,5 week, we received a verification request of the account, to validate the "type of business" and provide some "proofs" like invoices etc.
I reached out to them, but they didn't manage to solve it.
This happened 7/3, I was promised a replacement setup from them. And they said around 1 week. I haven't received any replacement yet, but was told yesterday that it will be delivered in the coming week.
They also offered me a "better more stable setup", with Hong Kong based company, but then it would cost around 4500 USD, but I said I wanna try first the replacement setup, which also would told to be stable when I purchased it.
The payout from Stripe to Payoneer worked well, and the contact provided from them did the exchange for 2,5% from USD/EUR to USDT (TRC20), and are a really good contact. But he's only working with Payoneer exchange.
So, so far I don't have a working and active setup. And I got some money locked at the stripe account for 6 months.
But Michael has at least be the one who's very supportive and provide good communication. So I hope they will solve it, and we can find a stable setup.
I will get back with a new update when I received the new setup.

Regarding the issue you mentioned as the ban reason, it's an appeals process after the ban, not a verification wich leaded to the ban itself. And unfortunately it's not possible to appeal it successfully in any way, it's pretty useless form.
It is essential to mention that no account is entirely immune to being banned. We strive to offer high-quality setups that undergo selfie verification and pass business verification, but it's a two-way road where both we as the provider and the merchant are responsible for the outcome in the long run.

They told me that setup is not stable anymore, so I was offered a HK Company with Stripe setup, but for an additional fee. I told them I don't wanna pay even more, since I was promised a stable setup from the beginning. And if something has changed, I would highly appreciate to get a replacement with new stable setup, for the same amount that I paid from the beginning.
I provided a nominee myself for the company, to speed up the process. And I was told 1-2 weeks for setup. Now I'm waiting since a week ago, for the new setup and crossing my fingers that I will get it soon. Michael has been very good and service-minded like always, so I hope it continues like that.
Will get back as soon as I have some new information again.

They seem to deliver but not always exactly what was initially agreed and they often take several weeks longer than initially communicated. Incomplete orders that take further days/weeks to finalize.I read the entire follow-up, but I would like confirmation if the service is really operational and if anyone else here could give more feedbacks..

Overall seems amateurish. Probably an OK low/mid-tier provider. They need to straighten things out a lot to become a meaningful provider. In the meantime: exercise caution with them, don't spend money you need for something else, and don't use them for anything time sensitive.
what's delivery time for the accounts you ordered?And to mention, I ordered 2 more accounts as needed a backup and ordered 2 accounts off them this year around January 2024 but unfortunately they got banned and the reason was stripe just blocking accounts left and right and even after the verification they still banned the account.

Middle of March Stripe account and proxy site was provided, with no bank account
Was told issues with setting up bank account and to wait
Uniq had contacted stripe 3 times using proxy site email and stripe account customer service to inquire about connect foreign bank account to the HK Stripe
Stripe account was closed due to "routine review" and "high level of risk" as per Stripes correspondence end of March
Uniq has said they will dispute, or provide replacement
Am still waiting patiently
