Thats right.
Same applies to other tax agreements with the US.

I only mention it b/c some clients have come to me thinking that b/c LLC can be registered "anonymously" in New Mexico, or additional anonymity can be secured by double stacking LLC's ( Florida-New Mexico ) that they were "anonymous".
However EIN is required for bank account.
EIN is issued by IRS.
As soon as IRS has your details they will share data with other countries.
The question is with who do they share data with outside of these TIEA which only a few countries have?
At least with CRS its very clear.

Hello. I want to share my experience of working with the Rent a Company (site: rentacompany.com, Company: STANLEY & HOLLISTER LIMITED, Company number: 12523384, director: Nicholas Henry THOM) and strongly warn everyone against cooperating with them. It just so happens that we've been working with them for about two years now, and it's just a nightmare. The constant delays in accepting payments could last for several months, but in the end the money was still credited to the account of the leased company, after which we withdrew it, although with delays.

However, the situation has deteriorated significantly in the last six months. There is practically no hope that we will be able to withdraw money. The support is disgusting: they respond extremely rarely, sometimes once a week, or even less often. They may not respond to constant messages and demands to deal with payments for a month at all. At the same time, they create the appearance that they are trying to solve the problem, it is not their fault but someone else's, they are doing everything to solve the problem. But obviously, this is a complete lie. Thus, the company systematically violates the agreements signed with us, which is an illegal activity.

Our activities are absolutely legal, we are engaged in affiliate marketing. I want to warn everyone to stay away from this company. We are already consulting with local lawyers and plan to contact the authorities in the near future. If anyone has any ideas or experience in similar situations, I would appreciate it if you could share it.

How much money have you run through this company? I could tell from the first thread I read about this company a long time ago that it was bound to cause problems sooner or later. They must have a massive compliance workload to adhere to AML and all the other regulations companies need to comply with these days.

Blaustein companies from Vadim Blaustein
short resume for all reading this post
Vadim Blaustein and his companies have garnered significant media attention due to their involvement in controversial offshore financial activities. Blaustein, who previously managed a trust office in the Netherlands, has been linked to facilitating offshore services for wealthy Russian clients and using fraudulent methods to exploit immigration regulations. His companies were also targeted by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), which banned him from holding any key roles for five years, citing regulatory breaches. His legal issues have drawn ongoing scrutiny in financial and legal sectors. (MFSA)

There's really nothing else to do besides getting a lawyer on it and hoping they're skilled enough to navigate through this mess. It's a hopeless situation.

Yes, there is little hope that we will return the money with such circumstances. What do you think can be done to get the money back?
There is still no other response from them? Can I ask what business activity you had while you struggle to get your money from them?

3 years ago I used them for a small business project without troubles the amounts run through them were 60.000€ - beside some minor troubles everything went smooth.

There is no answer from them and I do not hope that it will appear. The activity was related to advertising
