It is very easy to start threads and accuse companies of fraud, but people dont explain how they were ''scammed''

people complaining are usually the ones who think:
- they are not required to provide documents certified and translated, only what they feel like
- they can open bank accounts without signing bank forms, just paying a service provider is enough...a magician will open the bank account without providing any document
- every bank in the world are obliged to open bank accounts for them, regardless of the policies. if the bank rejects application, then its a ''scam''
- they dont need to provide bank statements/bank reference letters. a simple word cv showing the background and a scan copy of the passport ''should be enough''
- every bank in Europe WILL open a bank account for a non-resident company or a non-resident person. a rejection is not possible for them

If you search on google "setup offshore company" you get many links for companies links like "OffshoreCompanyCorp", "Sfm-offshore", "delawareinc" and so on. All of them seem to be a scam for me, they don't provide much detail, they say that they can open a bank account in Switzerland, and everything for 1000 dollars (more or less). Every body knows that there are hidden fees. Is there a site where it shows the real cost and can be trusted for opening a new company ?

do they say they CAN open a bank account or they say they will assist you with a bank account application?
do they say they CAN open a bank account or they GUARANTEE a bank account?

See the information mentioned in each website

offshorecompanycorp:

Does setting up an offshore company mean that a bank account will automatically be opened for the company?
No. If you tick the bank account opening option, we shall-in close collaboration with yourself-choose the bank which most suits your needs from among our network of prime banks. The bank will then decide if the account can be opened, depending on how comfortable they are with the nature of your business and the personal information provided by you.
