Yes, Scandinavian (and also the Nordic) countries are super strict. But, your point is very valid. If there is a DTA that will override domestic law. So, as long as you move to a country your prior resident country have a DTA with, you will be fine. But, you will probably have to file your taxes in both countries for a while.Yeah, Sweden seems to be stricter. But that’s only their domestic law and I would expect the DTA to take priority. And Norway and Denmark seem to be a bit more sane.
