Going with a Cyprus company so I will have a Seychelles, Belize and Cyprus company for my business setup. Waiting for an agent to reply with a quote for Cook Islands and Vanuatu company formation!
But without bank account in Ireland you can't get it WorkVote for Ireland company formation, great country, great people, low tax!
Seychelles start to sucks with all their requirements to these and that! Belize rules so far even though they don't have the same privacy level because of their public registry. Why so many with Cyprus and not Seychelles or Cook Islands???
Common it's not a real world business but just an Online business you are going to register there!I agree with you.. it's too dangerous to do any business there atm.
Casted the same vote for Costa Rica company formation. I have a Seychelles, Belize and soon Cyprus company now I try the CR company to see how it will work.Voted Costa Rica company formation because if you don't need to be located in Europe and you look for an overseas incorporation without to pay tax and far away from any authorities this seems to me to be the perfect place!
You live close to Mauritius I think ?Mauritius for the location and ease of access to the country.
As far as I read some where there is a payment processor in Mauritius or there have been that let you accept credit Cards online! What do you think about Mauritius for company, bank account and processing of payments?
Very clear here for my business it has been a pleasure to have a Cyprus company with a Seychelles Holding company!
I have been advised to use nominee director and shareholder for this setup simply to avoid troubles at home with the tax office! The Seychelles company has nominee appointed and is inserted as director and shareholder in the cyprus company. The nominee's are real persons in the Seychelles corp which also owns 100% of the shares in the Cyprus company.can you please elaborate on this setup - is it very secure? did you use nominees? how much it costs to maintain two companies in a year?
People tend to use the Seychelles holding company to receive dividends from the Cyprus company which is tax free!
