Something different than Bankera and Bilderlings.

Yes but no SEPA, high fees for EUR / USD transfers, no debit cards for EUR/USD…
Got Revolut but still with my old EU address which is not ideal.. so looking for EMIs accepting UAE residents with EU IBAN and cards

@Social Solutions and @Moulaga are both asking for a personal account, not for a business one, if I understand correctly. Otherwise, a frequently used solution for UAE business entities are HK EMIs like Airwallex or Currenxie, AFAIK.
