this payment processor asking me to pay 800$ fees before i can subscribes to them . Never hear of that in my life .. look suspicious

There is a standart registration fee of 500 EUR from mastercard that most legit PSPs ask to pay. You can ask them to take it from your processing volume.

This is a requirement from most of the card providers. It is 14 days on first settlement and then 7 days every next settlement.
