Could you expand on the bolded sections, what do you mean "local" company? Does that mean any EU / onshore company? Or do you mean "local" to them? i.e Czech business?

The most civilized countries has UBO registers. Informations in it is not public. But it is in place,..

With AML6 rules coming at the end of this year they will become public ( for some fee ), aren't they? Even at Cyprus though they are not fast in such moves.
